Abilities stopped working

About 10 minutes into a game, half of my abilities stopped working as Katarina. My q, r, and b would not cast. We ended up surrendering at 20 minutes due to this issue. Have not tried another game because I am headed to bed for the night. I tried resetting the client a few times, but nothing worked.
