Game crashing when loading in after champ select (ranked)

The past 2 days my client has crashed when i attempt to load into ranked games as top lane. I am not sure what is happening but bugsplat pops up and then the league client says i have corrupted files and has to repair everything which of course leaves me to join a ranked game 3 minutes late or my team remakes. I play league daily and this is not a normal issue for me and I would think after yesterday going through and repairing all the files would correct any problems for 24 hours but apparently that is not the case. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. I dont know if it matters but both games I crashed I was trying to play singed top with SSW skin and I played games in between the crashes with no problems.
