Lost LP for something i could not control

I was playing ranked and when i accepted the queue pop i was stuck on the home screen even though i was in champion select. So i was unable to do anything and could not select a champion when it was my turn. This resulted in me losing lp and counted as a dodge when i had no control of the situation.
