The ryze passive bug

I'm assuming this has been mentioned as its existed for a while essentially if you're at 4 stacks and use W but lose vision/champion goes untargetable you're passive activates w doesn't go off

now this can mean multiple things for one you lost a cast for cdr, and since 5th cast was used-1cast your w wont reset again making your q and e reset after passive -1more cast ryze has an optimal cast (excluding 1 stack) of 9 damage cast (thats 22% of your damage) ult will not get full passive refund if you actually manage to live.

a simple bug that can have enormous impact. I normally wouldn't bother posting since I assume its known happening so long but its frustrating whenever it does.
