[GAMEPLAY] Turret ignores minions

Description: The bot outer turret never targeted or dealt damage to minions, from the start of the game to when the turret died. Evidence: In the YouTube link, the turret doesn't damage enemy minions within range. The match and replay can be found at https://aof.gg/search?r=3&g=1981311985. I saved a copy of the replay. Notes: The five other outer turrets attacked minions normally. The bot outer turret damaged enemy champions when they attacked ally champions (working as intended). After the turret damaged enemy champions, it still ignored minions. I was unable to reproduce this bug.

Same problem here on the exact same turret (outer bot turret on blue side) in One For All game mode, playing as Yi against Riven. My allies as well as my opponents could confirm they were seeing the bug as well (and exploit it...). The turret doesn't target or shoot at minions, but shoots at champions normally once they get the aggro. Once the target of the turret gets out of range, they can come back in range without being targeted, until they take the aggro. Just you Swam, all the other turrets of the game were working well. The video is perfect for demonstrating the bug, good job Swam!
