[Gameplay] Morgana q disappearing into topside rift scutler

I was playing morgana. Late game baron control necessity other team ahead. I hit the first binding onto top side rift scuttler. 2nd binding I throw simply disappears into the rift scuttler. Definite bug. 3rd binding disappears into rift scuttler. I've now spent nearly 1 minute at baron auto attacking a rift scuttler as support morgana. An enemy walks up and steals it, then kills me. Queue the rage tilt... The next scuttler has no issues with my bindings. Have not been able to reproduce bug.
