Shop influence point not synced

I have 6483 influence points, yet it wouldn't let me buy any of the 6300 IP worth champs, and says that i don't have enough RP/IP.

Pls help me.

I had this problem too. Buying something in the legacy client fixes it. When you're logging in, below where you type your username and password, there's a button that says "switch to legacy client." You will probably need to wait for it to update.
