[Client] Unlocking a skin permanent from a skin shard of an already owned skin

So I spent some spare orange essence to test the behavior of upgrading a skin shard to a "skin permanent" of a skin I already own. Well it worked unfortunately. The Dragon fist Lee Sin shard upgraded into a redundant skin permanent. Also unfortunate is that the direct exchange of skin shard for orange essence is 675 OE, while the redundant skin permanent I unlocked is only worth 488 when cashed. So the process is a net loss that scales with the value of the skin.

Devs can take a look at my skin acquisition history for a log of the behavior.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I'm pretty sure this shouldn't be the expected behavior. My suggestion is to disable the "upgrade to permanent" option for shards of skins the user already owns.
