JG Minions sometimes not counting towards CS

I've played several games where at 15 minutes into the game, I'll see their jungle who is 6/0 or something, but with 4 creep score, while my jg has 60+ or something. Then I'll look back in 30 seconds, and then it's at 90. It just keeps bugging out and I'm not sure if randomly it bugs to where it only shows lane CS?
