[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs can use satchel charge to execute Zac in his passive

In ARAM tonight, I was playing Zac up against a ziggs. My passive was triggered and he plopped a satchel charge on top of me. When it went off it hit me for 3500 true damage. This happened twice in the same game but I was unable to verify if it was all four blobs inside the explosion radius or just timing.

Someone who's bored should try to reproduce.
