[Client] Hotkeys wont work in some matches

In some matches my hotkeys wont work, it used to happen regularly about a year ago then I quit playing altogether because of it. But I started back recently about a month ago and had no problems, but today it started back randomly for no reason and it's happened 3 times in a row now. I can chat perfectly fine, and I can use tab to pull up the scoreboard and esc to pull up the menu and I can ping with ctrl, but my "q,w,e,r", "d,f", "1,2,3,4,5,6,7" and "b" wont work at all. I have to press the icons on the interface just to cast or recall. I've tried restoring to default, and when I try to rebind my keys, it wont even register. I've tried reconnecting and even exiting out completely and reconnecting and it still doesn't work. Sometimes they will randomly start working back mid game but at that point it's too late and that rarely happens. They never mess up mid game, when they mess up it's from the beginning of the game till usually the end, I've caused several losses because of this and now I'm scared to play. I'm gonna go experiment in custom and try to figure something out, PLZ HELP if you know anything about this.
