[CLIENT] freezes when I try to report a summoner

Hello! When ever I play a game and theres someone toxic of course you would want to report them, right? So when the game is over and you can report someone I click on the report button and my client freezes and then the window opens asking me if I would like to wait for the client to respond or if I would like to end the client.

Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't happen though. But it is starting to happen more often.

This is also happening to me, it's very weird

That's not the only problem for me, the names at the right hand side where you can click the report button makes it seem as if they already left, but they're still there (i know because they're still saying stuff on chat box), it's so weird (their text name is dark grey instead of white)

I'm having a problem with this and its happened in the past. Every time I get someone that is really toxic and trolling all game( Bard and Rengar going through bards portal endlessly until we lose the game). You know I wouldn't know if there is a hack to freeze the game so that you cant report but when you have no other way of reporting them its frustrating that they just ruined 25:08 min and get away without being reported. This is not the first time that it has happened to me when going to report someone. It could just be coincidence. Really needs to be fixed though. I can write the names down but there isn't any alternative way of reporting these people.
