[CLIENT] freezes when I try to report a summoner

Hello! When ever I play a game and theres someone toxic of course you would want to report them, right? So when the game is over and you can report someone I click on the report button and my client freezes and then the window opens asking me if I would like to wait for the client to respond or if I would like to end the client.

  1. Click report button
  2. Client freezes

Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't happen though. But it is starting to happen more often.

This is also happening to me, it's very weird

That's not the only problem for me, the names at the right hand side where you can click the report button makes it seem as if they already left, but they're still there (i know because they're still saying stuff on chat box), it's so weird (their text name is dark grey instead of white)
