Debonair Jayce Skin Bug

I noticed the exact same thing in a 1 v 1 Jayce battle with a friend. I had the default skin and the effect is there but they had Debonair and it would not show up. It makes it confusing when you suddenly lose a massive chunk of health without seeing the explosion even if you know it's coming.

I got this recently in a ranked game. i thought i was going bonkers at first but it was a persistent thing. really sucks because i'm starting to like playing him a little more :/
