Ranked Glitch

Hi so I know this doesn't matter too much as of right now, but when I try to play a ranked game it connects me to the draft pick, but then my screen gets hazed out and I am unable to chat, select a champion or click anything on the application. I would just like to find out if it is only a glitch with me or with others because I have lost 2 games due to this and am on the verge of being deranked. Thanks.
