The internet problem

When I start to play League of Legend my internet is just blowing up, in the game there is a note "Attempting to reconnect" my internet is just starting to lag so bad, but when I close league everything goes to it normal. What can it be, can anybody explain?

Same for me since patch. I've tried at least 1 or 2 games per day since update. It's unplayable.
