Unknown Error after you Log in and champions wont load

After I log in, I went to my account and it doesnt load, after a couple of minutes waiting, Unknown Error appear. When I go to the Champions button, there are no champions, literally NO CHAMPIONS. Then when I looked at Normal Draft Pick it is Loocked, there is a padlock beside it and when i put my mouse in it the padlock, It says "Sorry, You don't have 16 available champions BUT I HAVE MORE THAT 16 CHAMPIONS!, same goes at the Ranked Draft Pick. Normal Blind Pick doesnt have but when I click it IT IS INFINITE LOADING, until Cancel appears. PLEASE FIX, btw our internet it fine it works, I sucessfullly logged in. It often happens to me so I can't play League anytime
