(GAMEPLAY) Interaction Between Tristana W and Nami Q

On Nami, if you launch her Q (her bubble stun) at Tristana, and Tristana uses her W just before the bubble lands, the stun will still affect her but ONLY after she has landed the distance away her W takes her.

Launch Nami Q at Tristana
Tristana uses W to go backwards.
Tristana is stunned but only when she lands.

Unfortunately I waited too long to submit this bug report (or just play way too much) and my replay has expired. I'll see if I can have someone play Tristana as I play Nami and we can try to recreate the bug, and then edit this post with the video.

I've seen this a lot from multiple champs where cc will take affect but only after the dash, leap, etc. Sometimes it makes sense (based on what the abiliities are supposed to do), other times, not so much.

It happens with Ashe ult and all sorts of other forms of cc. I'm pretty sure this is just how Tristana works.

Your talking about hitting tristana during the cast time but before she has begun travel. You'll see this same behavior with ezreal's arcane shift, etc. It can be most easily seen in the interaction between ez e and blitz hook for example.
