"Game is still in progress" bug still not fixed?

I should not have to restart my whole computer, just to play a match, that i'm going to get punished for being "AFK" in anyway When is this bug even gonna be fixed, it's almost everyday i see a new player asking about this bug

You would think Riot would fix a literal game breaking bug quickly, but instead
