Stuck in queue popup

I clicked Accept and it froze on this screen even though it made the noise that I joined champion select (and shows in the bottom left corner that I did in fact join based on the names of the people joining the lobby). I could still click the accept and decline button (and it would make the noise) but nothing would happen. I could still hear the various other noised (i.e. bans and champ select etc). The only thing I could do was close the client (which then issued a dodge penalty.)
