My league is bugged

so i had 8250 blue essence or so and 350 rp but now i hvae none and i cant access the store my loot and i cant go on any game mode. it also gave me 25 rune pages

i have tried every thing resetting my pc reinstalling league hextech tool and nothing has worked

i cant go on the support page at all it just show a blank white screen

Log out of the Support site if you are logged in and clear your cache/cookies. After doing so, restart your computer and check if you can access the Support site.
