[CLIENT] Xin Zhao S+, S, S-, not get lvl 6 fragment.

Hi, I encountered a bug (?)... Or may be not bug, I don't know, but looks like a bug.

I make many times S-, S, and S+ with xin zhao , but i dont get any fragment or something what I need to unlock champion lvl 6 and lvl 7.
