Health bar bug

When I view other champions/towers that were not in my own field of vision, their hp always chunks away from full hp to their current hp like they suddenly took a ton of turret damage instead of just showing their current hp. I posted this bug on the help and support section initially and they told me the following steps:

Log into the game client. Navigate to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config Delete the file named game.cfg and persistedsettings.json Go into a custom game and verify that settings have saved properly. Leave game to sync settings.

This worked until I restarted my computer, now the bug is happening again :(

This has been happening to me as well, since the last patch. I saw your other thread, tried what Porocles said about the settings files, and it still happens.

This is a really old bug from like Season 3 or 4. I imagine it has something to do with all the work they've been doing on health bars. I've been seeing it inconsistently a lot this last week.
