[gameplay] Jhin W can be seen anywhere

So I noticed a few bright flashes near the dragon pit and thought "huh, that's weird" so I look back again and it looked exactly like a Jihn W going off, effects and everything. We didn't have any wards placed down anywhere near them and we couldn't see either Jihn or his team taking dragon, but soon afterwards the little notification saying the event team has slain the dragon pops up, and then we go over there and instantly shut them down. Now you can imagine how frustrating it may be for people to know exactly where you are at any given time just by one ability going off, so I think this would be a huge hindrance in the gameplay of people who play Jihn. I hope this gets fixed soon!
