Unable to load into game

Immediately after champion select is finished, rather than jump to the loading screen, client immediately gets stuck on this screen. Spamming the button, restarting, relogging, checking if league is blocked, using HRT, uninstalling and reinstalling, shutting down and turning back on, trying to load off hotspot, I have tried everything to load into any kind of game. The server recognizes that you're in game and the match will show up in match history, but I cannot get passed the reconnect button. Name a possible solution, I have tried it.
