Hextech S Rank Loot Bug?

Hey Riot and fellow league players. Just wanted to point out that I recently got a S- with Blitz on rift and I did not recieve any loot. Has anyone else had similar issues? I have read about one other player eing mastery rank 5 with their champ recieveing a S rank and not obtaining anything either. Just wondering if there is a bug or If I am just missing something. Btw I am not mastery rank 5 with blitz incase that means anything. From what I read all you need to do is hit any S rank or a freind whom you are in a premade with needs to obtain the rank.

Hmm... weird. There seems to be some bugs lately.

First game after the updated my rank was processing after the game. It never finished. Highly doubt I got an S that game, but still.

Latest game I got an S, and got a chest. However my LP gains were processing and never came through. Thankfully when I exited I had gone up 24 LP, so all's well.

The post-game client seems to be having a lot of trouble today though.

Same problem. Three games so far where someone got an S rank, zero chests.

Still getting key fragments though, just got my third one.

I have the same goddamn issue! It is very frustrating!

I usually play with friends, and today we've got a lot of S ranks.

Case 1: 3 man Premade: One of us scored S rank. 2 man obtained the chest, the 3rd did not (and they havent got any chests for that champ yet)

Case 2: 2 man Premade: Both of us scored S rank, not any of us have got any chests for those champions. This means that both of us should have received 2 chests. Only one of us got a single chest.

Case 3: 4 man premade: One scored S rank and not all of us got the chests either.

It happens you get notified later on that you've got a chest, but it ALWAYS shows in your inventory right after the game. So if you dont have the chest in your inventory you havent got it at all.

Also, key fragments. I don't know if this is personally popping for anyone, or if a premade person gets it then all the premade friends should too, but apparently you dont get the key fragment even though your premade friend got it.

Please fix the soonest!

The whole system is bugged right now. It's not giving reformed players who have none of the following : " Players who are chat or ranked restricted or currently banned from play cannot earn or unlock chests through Champion Mastery. Once they’ve reformed, they’ll be eligible for rewards again." their rewards as well..

I mean, why would they put it in their FAQ if they aren't going to reward players who have reformed..

I got an S rank on ezreal and didnt receive any chest till an hour later. Maybe wait a moment and see?

Who cares about hextech crafting honestly, just an excuse for them to eventually increase RP prices since you're now getting prremium content for "free"

We had a Cho'gath get an S. Then our lulu and lucian who did not get S's got chests, and in the "view champions" screen, it says we can't obtain chests for lulu or lucian anymore...even though we did not earn S's for them...

Just played a game as a rank 4 Morgana and got an S rank, my friend got the drop from it but I got nothing. D:

btw you can only obtain 1 chest every 6 days and you must have an S or S+ not S-

I also did not receive a chest for my premade team member's S performance. Perhaps a Red will post to verify it as an official bug?

I have had the same thing been in teams and gotten multiple s's and same with my party members but i have not been able to recieve any chests and it is frustrating as i would have gotten my 4 chests so far

same topic, but a different bug, Me and another guy in ranked got S rank but we only got one chest, He got S on Gnar, and I got S on Yi. that should be 2 chests?

EDIT: I have read the "How To Post a Bug report" and understand what I did wrong with the title of my post. This mistake will not happen in the future.
