Hextech S Rank Loot Bug?

Hey Riot and fellow league players. Just wanted to point out that I recently got a S- with Blitz on rift and I did not recieve any loot. Has anyone else had similar issues? I have read about one other player eing mastery rank 5 with their champ recieveing a S rank and not obtaining anything either. Just wondering if there is a bug or If I am just missing something. Btw I am not mastery rank 5 with blitz incase that means anything. From what I read all you need to do is hit any S rank or a freind whom you are in a premade with needs to obtain the rank.

Hmm... weird. There seems to be some bugs lately.

First game after the updated my rank was processing after the game. It never finished. Highly doubt I got an S that game, but still.

Latest game I got an S, and got a chest. However my LP gains were processing and never came through. Thankfully when I exited I had gone up 24 LP, so all's well.

The post-game client seems to be having a lot of trouble today though.

Same problem. Three games so far where someone got an S rank, zero chests.

Still getting key fragments though, just got my third one.

same topic, but a different bug, Me and another guy in ranked got S rank but we only got one chest, He got S on Gnar, and I got S on Yi. that should be 2 chests?

If I am correct it is only one chest per game. If you went into Solo Que and get a S rank then you should get a chest. -my current problem- If you are in a premade with freinds and anyone of you gets a S rank then I believe all of you get a chest. However you can only use get an S rank on each champ you play once a year. You can also achieve up to four free chests per month. These are also matters that come into play.

To make things short and sweet. you both should have only gotten one chest.

Yeah i understood all those restrictions, didnt know it was limited to 1 chest per game though, seems kind of dumb but understandable.

Another bug, Got another S rank on yi, I knew i wasnt going to get a chest but your error message given as to why i didnt get a chest seem kind of bogus. It said im unable to receive any rewards for getting an S- because of previous behavior restrictions. Im not chat restricted or ranked restricted, I looked under yi at champions and it shows i was given the reward already for yi. Might want to fix that riot.

Its not limited to 1 chest per game Its limited to 1 chest per champion per season, and you get the chest for your champion regardless of who got the S. If you are playing as yi with a 5-man-premade and all of you get an S+, that means 5 yi chests (=1)

To further talk about my previous post. Im now getting the "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." for everything, Teammate got S on bard AND shyvana, i didnt get anything, rewards are still available for those champions.

Im no longer restricted, if im not suppose to receive chests than why did i get one already? You need to work out some kinks riot.

I have the same goddamn issue! It is very frustrating!

I usually play with friends, and today we've got a lot of S ranks.

Case 1: 3 man Premade: One of us scored S rank. 2 man obtained the chest, the 3rd did not (and they havent got any chests for that champ yet)

Case 2: 2 man Premade: Both of us scored S rank, not any of us have got any chests for those champions. This means that both of us should have received 2 chests. Only one of us got a single chest.

Case 3: 4 man premade: One scored S rank and not all of us got the chests either.

It happens you get notified later on that you've got a chest, but it ALWAYS shows in your inventory right after the game. So if you dont have the chest in your inventory you havent got it at all.

Also, key fragments. I don't know if this is personally popping for anyone, or if a premade person gets it then all the premade friends should too, but apparently you dont get the key fragment even though your premade friend got it.

Please fix the soonest!

If lets say you were playing and your friend was playing both of you got S grade. you would get the 1 chest from . if you both played against you playing and your friend played and you both got S rank. only your friend would get a chest. because you already got a chest on this year.

No we understand that. It is a system bug. It has to be anyway.

I understand that you can not obtain chest from the same champion again, only one chest per champion per season. What I'm saying is that I did not obtain a chest from that certain champion yet and still did not get the chest. Thanks for the one chest per game information though, that was useful!

But at Case 2, I played MissFortune , i got the chest for her, my premade partner should have got it too, but he did not. ( also he did not get a chest from this season yet)

The whole system is bugged right now. It's not giving reformed players who have none of the following : " Players who are chat or ranked restricted or currently banned from play cannot earn or unlock chests through Champion Mastery. Once they’ve reformed, they’ll be eligible for rewards again." their rewards as well..

I mean, why would they put it in their FAQ if they aren't going to reward players who have reformed..

I thank you for your comments and I am happy to see the community actually coming out. Let us all remain calm because I am sure this is an issue they are working on. I just did two ranked games and I did not recieve a score at all but I did recieve key fragments.

Now your issues will be taken in and hopefully viewed by riot as well. Hoping an admin gets to view this post soon. I feel bringing a new mechanic into the game tht is bugged fro the start can be a turn of for new players or some people whom have been waiting for this since it was released on the pbe.

Why does this matter? This is a thread on a new system they created that is currently bugged. I do not see why your post is relevent? o.0

Myothirirn that is interesting news. I did not know that. THought you can only get one chest per game per player. Good to know. I still have yet to get my second chest. Maybe the servers are just laggy? Two games after I hit Mastery 5 with Janna I got the update. Still does not explain why I have yet to get my chest. xD RIP

We had a Cho'gath get an S. Then our lulu and lucian who did not get S's got chests, and in the "view champions" screen, it says we can't obtain chests for lulu or lucian anymore...even though we did not earn S's for them...

I do not agree with this since my friend played a game and obtained a S- and obtained a chest. Even if it is once every 6 days. out of the 3 s-/S games i played I got nada.

I received two chests today, one of them from an S-. I'm pretty certain the above comment is incorrect.

I also did not receive a chest for my premade team member's S performance. Perhaps a Red will post to verify it as an official bug?

I have had the same thing been in teams and gotten multiple s's and same with my party members but i have not been able to recieve any chests and it is frustrating as i would have gotten my 4 chests so far
