HELP| Capsule doesn't appear in my loot

Hi, I'm W47CH3R! I've got 2 capsule from 2 level up, but they don't appear in my inventory. I tried restarting launcher, but it didn't work. Can you help me? P.S. I'm italian,I'm sorry for my bad english

P.P.S. I recived 2 notifications saying that i got the capsule but I still don't get them in the loot
