Unknown Error when purchasing a rune at the In-Game Store

1st screenshot shows the rune I am attempting to purchase 2nd screenshot shows what happens after I click purchase 3rd screenshot shows my rune list

As clearly shown, I only have one tier 2 attack damage rune. Even when I am attempting to purchase one I receive that Unknown Error popup. I do not know how this began or how to replicate in a different account.

I would like this resolved asap for the sake of owning every rune and not worrying about them anymore.
