League display issues

I quit out, and attempted to repair league, but it did not seem to have any effect. Today I saw the new update, and hoped that it would make a difference. Unfortunately, it did not. http://s13.postimg.org/d7agxubuf/League5.png I stumbled my way into a custom and saw that this issue did not seem to be present in game. Doing this did remind me, that there is still a very large issue present with text scaling. This occurs because I have a Razer Blade, with a 3k display, because of this I need to either run on a resolution that does not work well at all (such as 1080p), or use the text scaling feature. This works almost everywhere but league. When determining display, both screen size AND resolution must be taken into consideration. RIOT please help me out here, I love league but it just becomes harder and harder to deal with every day.
