I don't have a skin I bought?

I bought Lunar Empress Lux when it was released as well as the chromas that came with it, since i wanted the red chroma. I used the skin in the past multiple times and I just realized that maybe for the past month or two I dont have the skin anymore? I didn't refund it, havent had refunds since 2015, so why all of a sudden can I not use the skin anymore? I also didn't get my rp back and it was around $15 so im not happy with that :/ It says that its unavailable and that I don't even own it, yet I bought it and did own it.
