The voice chat doesn't work fine with me

Whenever i try to talk to my friends i dont hear them , and it says that i am connected to the party but i dont see any one of my friends Could any one help me?

I have a similar issue, my windows playback and recording devices are set to default and all others are disabled, my icon lights up like I'm talking, but nobody else can hear me! They have their voice chat turned on and I can hear them though...

Make sure you have the correct peripheral set to default in Windows Playback Devices.

Same, when i connect to the voice chat i don't see any of my friend but they see each others and they can speak, the problem is only for me. Pls help !

I have that same issue and from what I've found it's because Riot didn't give us the option to customize our Output settings. They seem to think people that play the game will only have a Headset Mic and not a Mic + Headset. Cause if they are two different devices the game isn't configured to read that.
