[Client] Ending screen turns into tiny black box

After every single game, my client turns into a little black rectangle instead of the honor system and end game results. It is quite annoy to bypass, as I have to press use "Ctrl +" every single time to make the screen readable. However, even after doing that temporary fix, the screen still has a black screen that borders half of the game client.

I'm not sure if this is related to the problem above, but every time i start up league, my client becomes a smaller size than usual. It also occasionally resets my hotkeys, controls, and even my runes as if it was my first time playing the game.

Both of these problems started about 2 weeks ago and do not seem to be going anytime soon. I am 99% sure that I did not do again to my computer or game that might of cause a problem like this, it just one day decided to happen and does not stop.
