[GAMEPLAY] CDR Incorrectly shown

I had bought Lucidity boots on Gangplank in the new game mode. I noticed in the stats window, my Cooldown Reduction was at 5% (You know Lucidity gives 15%). I'm not sure whether I actually had 15% and it was displayed wrong, or if I actually had only 5% CDR.
