[GAMEPLAY] Unable to cast spells with keyboard.

I recently jumped into a Normal 5v5 match as Support Nami. Once I joined the game, and went into lane, I immediately noticed I could not place a ward with the 4 key. (Default key) I was confused but put it aside as the enemy lux was approaching. I tried to cast my W on her, but nothing happened. It was at this point I realized that none of my spell casting keys were working. I attempted to cast a spell using my mouse, and clicking on my target; It worked. So for the next few minutes I had to play like this. Eventually I tried unplugging and replugging my keyboard to make sure it wasn't a peripheral issue. No avail. SO I kindly informed my team that I would be doing a quite disconnect while my ADC backed. As soon as I got back, I pressed Alt+E to self cast my e and speed myself up. At this point I thought it fixed my problem. Until I got into lane in the middle of a fight, unable to cast spells. Fortunately enough I was able to react fast enough and cast spells with my mouse and was able to give my Caitlyn a kill without casualties. I had to continue the rest of the game like this. I immediately closed my client after this match to report this issue and have not jumped into a game.

As I was typing this I thought it would be a good idea to try this again in a custom match since I can leave those without penalty. Same issue, using Nami. Currently waiting for the second try to load.

Second time I started up with Sivir to make sure it wasn't just Nami. It still has the same problem. Unfortunately I cannot submit a video of this since you can't see my fingers pressing the key with an screen capture software without a third party program, and frankly I don't have the time to get one.

UPDATE: Repatching didn't help, went ahead with a full reinstall. Problem seems to be fixed now.
