Taric Ult Not Firing

In an Intermediate vs AI match I just played, I used Taric's ult twice and, both times, it failed to do what it was supposed to do; in fact, it only worked for Taric, and not quite as expected.

In both cases, allies were more than close enough to be affected, but they were completely unaffected.
