Illaoi's E can get blocked by skillshots

What the title says. I thought I was crazy for a while, especially since the first time it happened replay showed it was actually a minion hidden by a skill-shot that blocked it.

However this time I got proof : http://www.replay.gg/search/euw/vynzs#2706178322 at around 6:00

Reproduce rate is sadly kinda low, but it happens regularly.

Edit : Now that I think about it, there's a chance that it's dying minions that block my E, because if I recall correctly this bug happens mostly during laning phase. However it might just be because it's when I use E the most.
