Hit with "dodge timer"

Dear Riot,

 What the heck guys... lol. I've been through two draft pick games were my team (not premade) dodged for some reason. Yet even though I MYSELF did not dodge, I still got hit with a 5-minute timer. This happens too often even when I am not the dodger. This needs to be fixed and I am not the only one.

 I have no other option than to wait the five minutes, but this is stupid. I love LOL, and its many game modes and champions. There are just a few too many bugs to handle sometimes.
