[GAMEPLAY] soraka heals does not work well on aram

Twice i had soraka in ARAM, twice my heal does not change with or without rabadon. The additionnal heal (0.something of AP) does not count when i do my W. Soraka becomes useless in the late game. To repeat the bug :

1. Manage to get Soraka in ARAM.
2. Build AP
3. See that there is no difference ( i do 246 actual healing whereas it's written 240(+238)).

I love that champ', so please i would like to keep it in aram when i have it. Thanks a lot
