Runing League of legends on windows 8.1

I just upgraded my system to windows 8.1 and when i run league of legends my screen shows leagues super pixelled, i have a really good computer and i was able to play it in the maximum resolution so i really dont know what is the issue and when i enter a game my screen goes crazy and starts flashing a picture of the screen in where every player load before the game starts and it stays there the whole game. i tried by running it with a compatibility of windows 7 and i also erased it and reinstalled it again but the problem is still there. i really don't know what else to try. can any of you help me?

Hello! This is Psuedo-Tech Support. After some research, we may have pinpointed the problem to incompatible video drivers. Please also be aware that the Windows 8.1 update may have been corrupted, and need updating.
