Can't see or select champs in champion select, forcing dodge

Description of bug: I've had this bug a couple of times now, about 15% or so of the 30ish games I've played in the past week. I can't see any of my champions. other player's selections or my rune/mastery pages/ward skins.

Cause/Pattern of bug: It doesn't happen consistently, but often during the first time opening the client in a couple hours. It persists in the same client session after waiting out the lower priority timer.

Workaround: Usually fixes itself with a client relaunch.

Please fix it soon, I've been forced to dodge and been placed in lower priority multiple times already because of it.
