I can select my champion and everything, but when the loading screen comes up, it gets stuck at 0% for everyone. Its not my internet cause everything works fine. This is the 2nd time it happened, I was playing last night and this happened as well. Because of this, I got a 20 minute penalty when its not my fault and its the client's fault. Great.

probably should fix your internet/computer so you're not ruining the game for others
I got this bug DAILY in my very 1st game of day, while my internet is REALLY GOOD. It s not a big deal if the punishment is 5 mins queuin. But today im really gone MAD when the penalty goes to 20 mins queuin. The game is FKING DOESNT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT PLAYERS! PUNISH PLAYERS FOR GAME'S BUG! FIX THIS DUDES!
