Promotion Series Bug

Just so you know, if you fail a series and then make it to 100 LP again without dropping a Division, the wins you get stack even though it does not show on the client. After 1 win, I was immediately promoted from Silver 1 to Gold 5 despite only having 1 win from reaching 100 LP again. I was on a hot streak, but I'm not sure if that matters.
