I looked at the Harrowing stuff for this year and saw that I could get an icon by winning three games of Hexakill on Twisted Treeline. I did that and instead of getting the Harrowing icon like the promo site said I would, I got the Diana(?) icon from the Lunar Revel. Did I somehow mess up or something? I'm quite lost.

Howdy! I took a look at your account, and you should have the Mark of the Betrayer Icon now. The icon granting process takes anywhere from a few seconds to up to 72 hours, depending on a variety of factors. We're currently making improvements to the way we distribute icons for events like this, so hopefully it won't be a problem in the future!
Also, you've had the Diana icon in your account since February, when we granted it to everyone! You probably just haven't had a reason to look at your Icons for a while, and we don't do anything to notify players when we grant the icon. So, consider the Diana icon a pleasant surprise!
