Lux's E is sometimes invisible[Game Play]

Sometimes Lux's E is invisible. When it happens, it effects a few people for the entire round. I have had many games where enemies complained they couldn't see it, and recently it happened to me. When it happens, the only visible part is the outer red circle. I have no idea what causes it and in my 150+ Lux games, it has only happened a few times.
