[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo- Tornado indicator displays improperly after use of ult

So as Yasuo, you know that circle around you indicating that you have your tornado up? Well it seems that after I use my ultimate via an alternative knock up source, but still have my 3rd q charged, after landing, the circle indicator remains around me even though I do not have my tornado stacked. This constantly leads me to believe I can execute combo such as: last breath into another steel tempest knock up, when alas I am falsely informed and I end up throwing out 2 or 3 steel tempests while the circle still stays around me causing me to get confused as to how many stacks I really have on my q.

1: Have your 3 stacks of steel tempest 2: Use Last Breath off an alternative knock up source 3: Once you land throw some q's out and see if the circle around you still remains even without having 3 stacks

I have encountered this issue several times in several games, and this bug occurred to me using the PROJECT skin, can't get a chance to see on the default and I do not own High Noon.

Side note- I'm not exactly sure if this affects the production of this bug but I do play on the mac client
