Champion Select Freezes

I just tried to start a game of Summoners Rift Draft and when I entered champion selection we were not able to select a champ. When the ban pick should load in it just froze. You were still able to use the chat or change runes. Before this happend I also hot stuck in a blank client while starting another game of SR. Also noticed that the login queque is ridiculously long and can take up to 2 hours.

Other players are not getting LP after a game of ranked etc, etc.

What is happening with League lately? This is going on for a while and it seems like they don't even notice what is happening. The login queue issue is known for over an hour know and still not fixed yet.
