Master Yi Q Hotbar Bug (With Video)

I was playing in game and doing poorly against La Blanc. I Alpha Strike minions and then to take advantage of that she decides to dive me and when I flash a look at my hotbar I believe I have Alpha Strike up. I don't realize that I had just used it so instead of auto attacking, flashing or igniting I attempt to Q her until I die. The bug starts right after I Q the minion wave and the icon never turns gray after that.

Please for the love of god fix this.
