Spamming Sightstone in Base Causes CS to Rise

While losing in a normal game, the bottom lane decided to sit in base and spam sightstones. After awhile I noticed Kogmaw's CS raising even though he remained in the base. At first I thought this was some CS hack but soon realized it was because he was spamming the sightstone. Odd bug! But it will exponentially raise your CS in game, though this bug does not actually take any affect in the game itself. No gold is rewarded and the original CS count is shown in the end game screen.
