[GAMEPLAY] Ignite Debuff Remains After Expiring in Fog of War

Yesterday evening (May 29, 2015 Patch 5.10), On Twisted Treeline, Me (Karma) and Master Yi ganked Annie Bot as she was walking to lane. Master Yi ignited Annie Bot, but it was not enough to kill her. Later, Annie returned to lane and still had the Vision Eyes icon above her and the debuff icon under her infobox when you click on her. Annie was not actually taking damage from ignite. She was not revealed when she went back into the fog of war and the icons were gone when she reappeared.

To reproduce:

1. Use Ignite on an enemy champion.
2. Have the ignite duration expire while the enemy champion is in fog of war.
3. Get vision of the enemy champion again and see if they still have the debuff icon and visual effects.
4. Lose vision of enemy champion.
5. Get vision of the enemy champion again and see if the debuff icon and visual effects have disappeared.
