It takes mere seconds to follow that instruction. It's an empty apology if you know you're doing something wrong and claim you have no time to follow the rules when it literally takes two clicks in the "Create a Discussion" process to do so (click the dropdown, click Help & Support). Besides, if you don't have a few seconds to respect the posting rules, then why are you worried about being unable to play games? You don't have time for that.

I'd say this is LeaverBuster doing its job correctly. If your game is glitching due to Windows 10, you are a high risk player. Regardless of whether you are intentionally leaving games, it's happening. Also, you are aware that Windows 10 is not guaranteed to function properly and it is widely known that there are issues with Windows 10 users playing League of Legends.
Because it is in development, it doesn't mean Riot can blame on us because we are trying the preview.It worked correctly before the update
