Accounts got hacked

Hi i own two other accounts, one of which a friend of mine plays on and the other one is mine, my emails have recently been hacked and my two accounts passwords have beem changed and i cant seem to change them back, i was wondering if there was anyway to get gelp for it, i dont know what board to go to for the correct help thank you. The names on the profiles are PlankThis and IFlameJungles both of them are in the North America server.
